Utility Calculations
Water tiers are applied to baseline plus leak volume and compared with baseline alone. Base charges cancel. Garland sewer uses 98% and the applicable cap; Dallas uses actual or entered winter average. Drip conversion uses 15,140 drops per gallon from USGS. Meter inputs require increasing readings and a positive interval.
Cost Scope
National water cleanup includes drying once. Dallas comparison mode stands alone. Fire benchmark mode suppresses overlapping optional cleaning lines. Mold optional charges must be outside the base scope. One finish floor is charged per surface; subfloor is separate. Entered rates are not market benchmarks.
Physical and Claims Formulas
Water volume uses 0.6233766 gallons per square foot-inch, or 10 liters per square meter-centimeter. Dew point uses the Magnus approximation over 0 to 50 degrees Celsius and positive humidity up to 100%. Deductible scenarios assume coverage and apply a percentage to dwelling coverage when selected.
Privacy and Limits
Entered values stay in the browser and are not included in analytics events. CSV exports are created on the device with spreadsheet formula protections. Drying charts group comparable readings and never certify dryness. Cost results exclude unentered tasks and do not bind any provider or insurer.
